**WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?**
* You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project, ensuring all documentation and processes are managed efficiently.
* You will manage phone calls, emails, and calendars, ensuring smooth communication with various stakeholders.
* You will organize, digitize, and maintain up-to-date administrative and accounting documentation, as well as invoice registration in DF Server.
* You will review and validate travel and expense settlements, ensuring proper processing of files, as well as managing bank vouchers for inclusion in payment processes.
* You will coordinate visitor reception and provide support for daily administrative tasks.

**Work Experience**
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
* Vocational training (Administrative track or similar) or Higher Education Degree (Administration and Finance or similar).
* 3 to 10 years of experience in the responsibilities described above.
* Minimum English level: B1.
