We are seeking an **Administrative Sales Technician**, whose ***mission*** is to *execute assigned business support processes in accordance with commitments made to the customer.*

**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Prepare quotations (where applicable) under the supervision of the client account manager and track quotations for which you are responsible.
* Submit quotation requests to suppliers and negotiate prices upon instruction from area managers, acting under their delegation.
* Monitor customer payments and invoices, and handle complaints under the supervision of the client account manager.
* Maintain relationships with industrial clients and/or regular suppliers relevant to your role; resolve discrepancies under the supervision of the client account manager.
* Comply with established customer service quality criteria and project-specific quality requirements, under the supervision of the client account manager.
* Enter all order-related information into the system, safeguard documentation, and perform related support tasks.
* Track orders to ensure timely delivery and monitor any deviations; ensure core returns are completed within the stipulated timeframe.
* Manage incidents, complaints, and grievances, and support discrepancy resolution.
* Fully manage AOG orders in coordination with both supplier and customer, organizing transportation when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with current environmental management regulations and legislation.
* Implement best practices.
* Promote the company’s ecological culture.

**What are we looking for in you?**
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* University degree (Bachelor’s), preferably in International Trade or Business Administration and Management (ADE), and/or with modules in administration or commercial management.
* Candidates with equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
*EXPERIENCE:*
* Minimum **five years’ prior experience in a similar role**, in sales administration or procurement—preferably in logistics management positions within the aerospace or industrial sector.
*KNOWLEDGE:*
* **Languages**: Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2); French at intermediate-to-advanced level (B2) is a plus.
* Proficiency in office software (**Excel**) and **ERP** systems at intermediate-to-advanced level.
* Knowledge of aerospace logistics processes: procurement, imports, documentation, etc., and familiarity with sector suppliers.
