We invest in talent, offering a learning and continuously evolving environment. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** Support the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising terminal operations, collaborating in port operations management, resource organization, and continuous process improvement—with the objective of progressively assuming functions and responsibilities inherent to the Operations Manager role. **Role within the team:** · Support the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising terminal operations, progressively assuming responsibilities inherent to the Operations Manager role. · Supervise vessel loading and unloading operations, coordinating work teams, machinery, and auxiliary equipment required for each operation. · Manage warehouse organization, internal cargo movements, and front-end loader operation when operational needs require it. · Supervise the condition of machinery and facilities, coordinating maintenance, repair, and conservation tasks with relevant departments. · Manage operational incidents, coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, register and report daily operations in the ERP system, and collaborate on process improvement and digitalization. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in International Trade, Transport and Logistics, or related field. * Experience in port terminals, maritime transport, logistics, or industrial environments. * Experience in coordinating and supervising loading/unloading operations, personnel and machinery organization, storage space management, handling of bulk solids and general cargo, front-end loader operation, and operational incident management will be especially valued. * Ability to coordinate teams and work effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments. * English language proficiency. * **Working hours:** 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00\.
