JOB MISSION: Ensure operational excellence, process optimization, and comprehensive management of the desalination plant, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Operational Management: * Optimization of water treatment and production processes * Monitoring of critical parameters: quality, quantity, recovery rate, and salinity * Control and optimization of energy consumption * Efficient management of resources and consumables 2. Technical Management: * Development and implementation of preventive/corrective maintenance plans * Supervision and coordination of internal and external technical teams * Implementation of operational and technological improvements * Preparation of technical reports and KPIs 3. People Management: * Leadership and development of the assigned team * Coordination of operational shifts and on-call duties * Management of suppliers and contractors 4.
