JOB MISSION: Ensure operational excellence, process optimization, and comprehensive management of the desalination plant, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Operational Management: * Optimize water treatment and production processes * Monitor critical parameters: quality, quantity, recovery rate, and salinity * Control and optimize energy consumption * Efficiently manage resources and consumables 2. Technical Management: * Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance plans * Supervise and coordinate internal and external technical teams * Implement operational and technological improvements * Prepare technical reports and KPIs 3. People Management: * Lead and develop the team under supervision * Coordinate operational shifts and on-call duties * Manage suppliers and contractors 4.
