We are currently looking to hire a Workshop Support Engineer to provide technical support in an aerospace environment, participating in the management and tracking of repairs, workshop coordination, and maintenance-related document control. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and management of repair orders. * Active technical support to the workshop during repair and maintenance activities. * Tracking and control of aircraft-hour reports. * Management and analysis of HNCs, SOIs, and associated technical documentation. * Coordination with various technical departments to resolve incidents. * Support for process improvement and monitoring of ongoing work. **Schedule**: Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 06:45 to 17:45 **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Prior experience in workshop support and repair order management. * English language proficiency at level B2\. * Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork capability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of design and calculation. * Experience in aerospace or industrial environments. * Familiarity with technical documentation and maintenance management tools.
