About the role
We are actively seeking a warehouse assistant to join our team at a company specialized in the transformation and handling of expanded polystyrene.
What will you do?
Assist in preparing and organizing materials.
Loading and unloading of goods.
Locating and moving materials within the warehouse.
Conducting inventories and stock control.
Operating forklifts.
Complying with the company’s health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Your profile
Valid forklift operator certification.
Knowledge of loading/unloading, goods handling, and stock storage.
Own vehicle.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
Attention to detail.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in factory or production environments is preferred.
What can you expect?
Permanent full-time employment.

Vacation days according to collective agreement.
Salary according to collective agreement: €20,000 – €21,000 gross per year.

The Insulation & Construction (I&C) segment manufactures a broad range of insulation and infrastructure solutions, as well as systems for the construction and building industry.
The Packaging & Components (P&C) segment division produces standard and customized solutions for various industrial sectors, including fish and other food transport boxes, protective packaging for delicate items, as well as technical and automotive components.
The Automotive segment designs and manufactures custom lightweight EPS parts and components for the automotive and logistics industries.
The Circular segment handles the collection and recycling of used materials. This segment offers various waste management solutions and a range of recycled materials.

Every day, we provide insulation systems for construction — one step closer to reducing CO2 emissions and achieving climate goals.
We produce 60 million fish boxes annually, ensuring safe transportation of 3 billion meals and contributing to reduced food waste.
Last year, 6 million vehicles included BEWI components, delivering excellent protection and safer journeys.
Last year, we collected and recycled nearly 40,000 tonnes of expanded polystyrene (EPS), equivalent to approximately 60 million fish boxes.
