At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are looking for a **Waiter/Waitress** for our establishment **Senator Port Maó**, located in **Maó (Menorca)**. ️ **What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?** * Preparing work areas for service. * Directly serving customers during food and beverage consumption. * Preparing simple dishes or meals for consumption. * Transporting utensils and equipment required for service. * Monitoring and inspecting goods and usage targets for selection. * Collaborating with the restaurant/bar manager in preparing and executing special events. * Coordinating and supervising duties specific to the area. * Informing and advising customers on product composition and preparation. * Handling customer complaints. * Issuing invoices and collecting payments from customers. * Ensuring the protection of the chain’s image and values in all activities carried out. **What do we expect from you?** * Compulsory education or equivalent. * Minimum one year’s experience in customer service within restaurants, bars, or food and beverage services (preferably in hotels). * Food Handling Certification and APPCC, in-person PRL training, and training in allergen management and food safety. * Basic office software knowledge and WinHotel proficiency. * English level A2 (other languages such as French or German are valued). * A vocation for service, attention to detail, resilience, and planning and organizational skills. **What do we offer?** * **Fixed-term intermittent contract**. * **Full-time schedule**. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Exclusive benefits: discounts at establishments, insurance, and agreements with banking institutions.
