**RESPONSIBILITIES:** ---------------------- * Responsible for the design, execution, and implementation of new ECI and perfumery installations for brands (merchandising, local production, control, supervision, coordination, and accounting processes). * Responsible for ongoing merchandising forecasting (refurbishment) for brands and stock status monitoring. * Responsible for local production and deployment of merchandising elements. * Forecasting/production of VM materials for new product launches. * Support in selecting point-of-sale (POS) locations. * Liaison with regional VM departments for brand strategic projects. * Budget tracking for overall VM integrated into brand P&L. * Design and updating of brand lightbox guidelines, as well as requesting lightboxes for deployment. * Supervision and execution—via various suppliers—of lightbox changes in ECI and perfumeries aligned with product launches. * Supervision of administrative tasks within the department, including: * Single point of contact with the coordination department for incident resolution and follow-up in perfumeries and ECIs. * Maintenance of the brand installation archive. * Lightbox changes in perfumeries aligned with product launches. * Color Station movements: closures, openings (updating legacy CS). * GPS & strip lighting control and installation in perfumeries. * Technical drawing design supplier. * Ensuring brand identity through design. * Maintenance of all counter layout plans. * Responsibility for point-of-sale visual image. * Marketing department support for consumer activations and brand visibility initiatives. * Proactive contribution of localized VM solutions according to brand needs. **COMPETENCIES:** ----------------- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity. * Organizational skills. * Ability to effectively organize and prioritize in complex, dynamic environments. * Ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels. * Strong willingness to continuously learn and develop new competencies. **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- * University degree. * Fluent English (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. * 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
