To strengthen our vacation rental operations in **Lanzarote**, we are seeking to hire a **Villa Operations Assistant**, a key role ensuring proper management of guest stays and daily coordination with suppliers and operational teams, guaranteeing excellent customer service at every stage of the journey. ***Your mission:*** Ensure effective operational management of villas in Lanzarote, coordinating all involved parties and delivering outstanding customer service throughout every phase of the guest stay. ***What will you do on a day-to-day basis?*** * Manage reservations comprehensively: pre-arrival, during-stay (in-resort), and post-stay. * Coordinate and monitor cleaning and maintenance suppliers. * Supervise and control operational tasks (cleanings, incidents, repairs, etc.). * Manage and track incidents via the internal IT system. * Answer the emergency phone line outside regular working hours (rotating schedule) and handle urgent incidents. * Ensure service quality and proper execution of operational standards. * Maintain smooth communication with guests and suppliers throughout the entire stay. **Requirements:** --------------- ***What do we need from you?*** **Mandatory** * Valid Spanish driving license class B1\. * Advanced level of Spanish and English. * Proficiency with computer tools. * Customer-oriented mindset. **Desirable** * Additional languages. * Prior experience in operations, hotels, vacation rentals, or DMCs. * Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve incidents. ***What do we offer?*** Being a W2M·People member comes with advantages, because our team’s wellbeing is our top priority.
