We are seeking a manager for a fish farm in Torrebaja, located in the Rincón de Ademuz region. A minimum of 24 months of professional experience in aquaculture—specifically in hatcheries—is required. Basic computer skills, such as spreadsheet and word processing applications, are also required. Knowledge of English is considered an asset. Responsibilities include planning, supervising, and executing fish movements, ensuring appropriate health conditions are maintained at the facility and that established biosecurity measures are complied with. The role also involves implementing quality policies, managing staff shifts and scheduling, handling procurement and inventory, and managing waste. The contract is permanent, with an annual gross salary of 25\.000 euros.
