We are looking to hire a **Treasury and Tax Manager** to lead the Group’s financial strategy in treasury and taxation, ensuring efficient management of financial resources, compliance with tax obligations, and continuous improvement of departmental processes. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- You will be responsible for ensuring strategic management of the Group’s treasury and taxation functions, guaranteeing financial resource availability, controlling and optimizing cash flows, fulfilling tax obligations, and ensuring the reliability of financial information. Additionally, you will lead the evolution of departmental processes, driving operational efficiency, minimizing financial and tax risks, and supporting the Finance Directorate in decision-making. **What will be your main responsibilities?** ---------------------------------------------------- Lead comprehensive treasury management for the Group, ensuring appropriate liquidity planning and optimization of cash flows. Oversee collections and payments management, bank reconciliations, and accurate accounting of financial transactions. Coordinate and ensure timely submission of all the Group’s tax obligations. Manage relationships with financial institutions, public agencies, and external tax advisors. Prepare treasury and financial reporting, analyzing key indicators to support strategic decision-making. Lead, develop, and mentor the Treasury team. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives for financial processes. Collaborate closely with other company departments to ensure efficient financial management aligned with business strategy. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree in Financial Management, Taxation, or Fiscal Law is desirable. Minimum **5 years** of experience in treasury and tax roles. At least **2 years** leading or coordinating teams. Experience within corporate groups comprising multiple legal entities, and preferably within organized foodservice or retail sectors, will be valued. Advanced knowledge of accounting and Spanish tax regulations. Advanced proficiency in Excel. B2 level English is desirable.
