We are currently seeking a **Treasury Manager**, responsible for managing the organization’s financial resources, ensuring adequate liquidity, mitigating financial risks, and optimizing cash flow. This role will also oversee banking relationships, manage investments, and develop financial strategies that contribute to the company’s growth and stability. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash flow management. * Monitor and manage the company’s liquidity, ensuring sufficient cash availability to meet operational and strategic needs. * Prepare monthly management reports and assist in preparing financial statements during accounting closings. * Manage relationships with financial institutions and negotiate banking terms. * Identify and manage exposure to interest rate fluctuations and other financial risks. * Oversee cash forecasting, ensuring alignment with business requirements. * Optimize working capital by improving accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management. * Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal company policies. Design and execute investment strategies that maximize returns while maintaining an appropriate risk level. * Lead treasury-related projects, such as implementing new systems or improving processes. **Position Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in treasury functions. * Experience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial software. **Required Education:** * University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration and Management, Accounting, or related disciplines. * English proficiency at C1 level or higher. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making ability. * Leadership capability and excellent communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously.
