This role combines functional analysis, user support, incident management, and participation in digital transformation initiatives. Job Description We are looking for a Technical Area Consultant who will provide functional support and contribute to the evolution of Technical Area applications, collaborating with various business units to ensure proper usage and alignment with operational requirements—particularly in data analysis projects, process improvement, and functional support for information systems. Additionally, the candidate will participate in data analysis and exploitation, report and dashboard development, incident tracking, functional requirement definition, and coordination with vendors for implementing improvements and new developments. The role will contribute to continuous improvement of aircraft maintenance processes through efficient use of information systems and data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities Include:** Analyzing, validating, and interpreting data from multiple systems. Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and business metrics. Writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. Collaborating with key users to define functional needs and requirements. Preparing technical and functional documentation. Participating in corporate application implementation, evolution, and support projects. Resolving incidents and supporting users in analytical tool usage. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles related to data analysis, technical consulting, or process improvement is recommended. Technical Skills Advanced SQL proficiency for database querying and analysis. Power BI experience (data modeling, report creation, and visualization). Knowledge of data analysis and processing. ETL tools, reporting solutions, and relational database knowledge are desirable. Languages High-level English (spoken and written).
