




**Technical Support, Training, and Project Management Specialist** **What will you do?** * Provide technical support to our clients, resolving incidents and addressing inquiries. * Deliver training (in-person and online) on our solutions. * Conduct system demonstrations for potential clients. * Supervise ongoing projects, ensuring progress and resolving challenges. * Create user manuals and technical documentation related to our products. **What are we looking for in you?** * Basic programming knowledge. * Ability to write clear and precise technical documentation. * Experience in technical support and customer service. * Communication skills for training delivery and presentations. * Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation.
