Technical Maintenance Manager

**Description:** ---------------- We need to hire a Technical Maintenance Manager for our Bilbao office. You will be responsible for the overall management of maintenance operations across your assigned client portfolio, ensuring compliance with the company’s established standards within your area of responsibility. **Main responsibilities** * Coordination of work activities and supervision of operational staff. * Support to Site Managers and Facility Managers on maintenance-related matters and applicable regulations. * Monitoring of applicable regulations. * Adjustment of the preventive maintenance plan. * Proposal of improvements and management of spare parts. * Interaction with clients, Site Managers, and Facility Managers assigned to each client. * Management of specialized resources and contingency plans. * Preparation of reports, acquisition, and development of all types of budgets. * Profitability analysis of contracts jointly with your supervisor. * Analysis and optimization of human and material resources employed. * Technical training of personnel. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational qualification (medium-level technician), second-degree specialist technician, and/or extensive experience in this role. * A university degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is considered a strong asset. * Knowledge of technical maintenance management and general installation systems, as well as experience managing maintenance teams in industrial environments, is required. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Minimum two years of experience in a similar position. * Valid maintenance technician licenses for various industrial sectors (RITE, Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, etc.). * Authorization to sign maintenance certificates. * Willingness to travel between assigned facilities in the Northern region. **We offer** * Full-time indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive salary.
