You will be part of a team that designs and evolves next-generation platforms and capabilities, combining software engineering, cloud, and Generative Artificial Intelligence to accelerate the creation of digital solutions. You will work alongside architects, developers, and AI specialists, contributing to defining the tools, standards, and practices that development teams and company agents will use in the coming years. The role’s mission is to design, develop, and evolve technological platforms and reusable components that accelerate the delivery of digital solutions, ensuring high standards of quality, security, maintainability, and scalability. You will also drive the integration of Generative AI capabilities across the entire software lifecycle—from design and development through testing, documentation, and operations. **Main responsibilities:** ======================= * **Design and evolve reusable corporate platforms, frameworks, and services**, accelerating development and ensuring scalability of technological solutions. * **Develop software solutions on the corporate technology stack**, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and maintainability. * **Define and promote architectures, patterns, and best development practices**, driving technological modernization and technical excellence. * **Enhance the incorporation of Generative Artificial Intelligence into the development lifecycle**, improving productivity, efficiency, and software quality. * **Design and implement Generative AI-based solutions and automations**, aimed at optimizing processes, facilitating decision-making, and improving user experience. * **Drive the adoption of advanced technological capabilities**, including DevSecOps, observability, automation, and AI-assisted development tools. * **Exercise technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration with architecture, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams**, promoting innovation, shared knowledge, and organizational technological evolution. **What we offer:** ================== * Permanent contract * Performance-based bonus * Health insurance * Pension plan contribution * Right to disconnect * Work-life balance measures * Legal advisory service * Employee support services **You will fit this role if:** ============================== * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. * Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years. * Solid software development experience with **.NET 10 / .NET Core and C\#**. * Front-end development experience with **Vue.js 3, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS**. * Experience in designing and developing APIs and service-oriented architectures. * Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling. * Experience working with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices. * Familiarity with cloud architectures and container platforms. * Knowledge of modern integration patterns and enterprise application development. * Demonstrated interest in applying Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies to software development. * English proficiency at B2/C1 level. **Desirable qualifications:** ======================= * Modern development experience with **Node.js, Python, and AI tools for software engineering**. * Experience in **Generative AI applied to application development**, including LLMs, RAG, agents, MCP, and enterprise copilots. * Knowledge of **cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes/Docker)** and participation in SDLC transformation and AI-augmented development initiatives. \#LI\-PC1 **Required skills:** API Development, Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Collaboration, Development Experience, Emerging Technologies, Enterprise Application Development, Innovation, Software Development, Solutions Development, Solutions Integration, Technology Platforms
