The selected candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and participate in social, educational, and therapeutic activities tailored to residents' needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement educational and activation activities for elderly people. * Promote residents' participation, autonomy, and emotional well-being. * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, etc.) to ensure comprehensive care. * Support residents in processes of socialization, inclusion, and adaptation to their environment. * Prepare reports and documentation for monitoring activities and programs carried out. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule * Permanent contract * Salary according to the Gercat collective agreement * Integration into a professional and supportive team. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development.
