**Description:** ---------------- A leading **development company** in the student residence sector is seeking to hire an Advanced Laborer or Skilled Worker (Level 2) for a project in Valencia. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Carry out small repairs involving plasterboard, painting, tiling/flooring, and finishing elements. * Perform low-complexity repairs in sanitation, plumbing, and electricity. * Carry out partition wall and plastering repairs. * Remove debris and waste, and clean the work area. * Support site personnel. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Candidate holding ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education) or a Basic Vocational Training (FP) qualification in Building Renovation and Maintenance, or equivalent. * One year of experience in similar positions. * Proven on-site experience carrying out renovation works. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of masonry, painting, plumbing, and electricity. * Knowledge of small-scale repairs, with specialization in finishing work. * Familiarity with plasterboard, painting, and tiling/flooring repairs. * **Mandatory: 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety Prevention Course.** * Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented individual; physically fit and capable of transporting, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. * Ability to understand instructions and execute them reliably and efficiently. * **Mandatory: National geographic mobility availability for the coming years.**
