We seek committed talent interested in growing within a diverse, inclusive, and innovative environment where teamwork is fundamental. **Mission** Lead and manage warehouse operations during the assigned shift, ensuring achievement of operational objectives while fostering a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment for the entire team. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic inventories of finished goods, raw materials, empty glass containers, and supplier returnables. * Ensure appropriate storage conditions according to material characteristics and turnover rates, taking into account the preferred consumption date. * Plan required resources for the shift, considering vacation periods, absences, and workload, as well as calculating short- and medium-term needs. * Execute and supervise the loading, unloading, and picking plan. * Supervise and coordinate external personnel, providing clear instructions on product handling and movement. * Define delivery schedules with suppliers. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports. * Review the usage status and maintenance condition of equipment and facilities to identify, propose, and implement improvements. * Drive professional development of team members through execution of the training plan and by holding regular meetings with shift personnel. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and occupational health standards. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience supervising warehouse operations and managing work teams. * Vocational or university degree in Transport and Logistics or related fields. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
