Don’t hesitate — we want you to be part of a great team! **Job Description** -------------------------- At **Sorli**, a century-old company and leader in the food and retail sector in Catalonia, we are seeking to hire a **Selection Technician** to strengthen our Human Talent team. The selected candidate will be responsible for **filling vacant positions across the company’s various business lines**, ensuring efficient, objective, and team-aligned selection processes. It will also be essential to **stay up to date with various recruitment platforms** and to establish relationships with **universities, schools, and other institutions** as talent sources. Main Responsibilities * Manage the **entire recruitment and selection cycle**, from defining and publishing job offers to hiring (including contract execution, Social Security registration, and notification to SEPE). * Conduct **competency- and knowledge-based interviews** (individual interviews, group dynamics, etc.). * Collaborate with **Department, Zone, or Center Managers** to understand staffing needs and ensure selection of the most suitable profiles. * Manage and coordinate outsourced processes with **Temporary Employment Agencies (ETTs) and recruitment consultancies**. * Maintain and update the **candidate database**, as well as identify new recruitment sources according to required profiles. * Drive **continuous improvement of selection processes** to optimize efficiency and hiring quality. * Provide support in other areas of the **Human Talent department**.
