Security Engineer

At **Logicalis**, we are seeking a **Security Engineer** for a Netskope service, focused on operations, maintenance, and N1/N2 incident management. We seek a technically proficient and operationally oriented candidate with hands-on experience in Netskope or equivalent SSE technologies, capable of administering the platform, analyzing alerts, performing troubleshooting, and optimizing security policies. **Responsibilities** * Operations and maintenance of Netskope. * Monitoring and analysis of SWG/CASB/DLP events. * Management of alerts, incidents, and N1/N2 requests. * Troubleshooting and analysis of potential data leaks. * Tuning and optimization of policies, rules, and exceptions. * Reduction of false positives. * Escalation and follow-up with Netskope. * Coordination with SOC/Cybersecurity teams and clients. * Ticket management, SLA adherence, and documentation. **Requirements** * Practical experience with Netskope or SSE/CASB/SWG/DLP solutions. * Knowledge of web security, proxies, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL. * Experience in alert and incident analysis, and troubleshooting. * Experience working with tickets and under SLA constraints. * 3\+ years of experience with Netskope or similar technologies. * 3\-5 years of cybersecurity experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Official Netskope certifications, especially verifiable and recent ones. * Certifications from Palo Alto, Zscaler, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, Forcepoint, etc. * Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, Entra ID, SAML/SSO, Cloud Security, Zero Trust, and SASE. * Accredited cybersecurity training. * Experience in utilities. **What do we offer at Logicalis Spain?** Logicalis Spain is an international group with over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, engaged in large-scale projects and services across Data Centers, Cybersecurity, and Analytics. * Stable employment position. * Work mode: Hybrid in Barcelona. * Working hours: Office hours Monday–Thursday, and a compressed schedule on Fridays. * Birthday holiday \+ personal day. * Access to flexible compensation plans (meal card, transportation card, childcare support). * Private medical insurance, Wellhub. * Significant discounts on various services and training programs available to Logicalis employees (retail, electronics, travel, etc.). * Role-specific training and certifications. * Professional development through cutting-edge projects and current market technologies.
