We are currently seeking an SAP HR ABAP Analyst Programmer to join a stable project within the Industry and Consumer sector, participating in the maintenance and evolution of SAP HR for a major client. This position is part of a mixed team managed by eXperience IT Solutions and other technology partners, working collaboratively in a highly demanding technical environment. ***What we offer:*** * Join a stable and long-term project. * 100% remote work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00 Friday: 08:00–15:00 * Excellent collaborative work environment focused on technical quality. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. ***Responsibilities*** * Evolutionary development on the SAP HR platform. * Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of service incidents and corrective actions. * ABAP development for the Human Resources module. * Support to the functional team and the current Analyst Programmer. * Collaboration with SAP HR consultants for implementing improvements. * Interaction with end users for requirements gathering and incident tracking. * Participation in corrective and evolutionary system maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 4 years’ experience as an SAP ABAP Analyst Programmer. * Demonstrable experience in SAP HR (HCM/HR) development. * Experience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of SAP applications. * Ability to analyze incidents and propose technical solutions. * Experience interacting with functional users. * Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams. ***Preferred qualifications:*** * Experience in Application Management Services (AMS). * Experience in public-sector or large-organization projects. * Knowledge of support and evolutionary maintenance methodologies. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
