Job Summary: As part of the restocking team, this role is responsible for restocking products, assisting customers, maintaining store order, and supporting inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Restock, face, and rotate products on store shelves. 2. Assist customers courteously and collect their suggestions. 3. Support inventory counts and order processing, ensuring cleanliness. As a member of the store's restocking team and reporting to the Market Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Restock, face, and rotate products on shelves according to established frequency and order, * Inform customers courteously about product features and locations, and collect their suggestions, * Ensure proper labeling of all products, * Support inventory counts and order processing, * Perform cleaning of shelves, floors, products, and work equipment. Desired Skills and Knowledge: We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail and people, and possess the following: - Experience as a stock clerk and knowledge of products in the relevant department. - Vocational Training at Intermediate or Advanced Level will be considered favorably. - Excellent customer greeting and service skills. - Forklift operation experience.
