Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** **We are looking for a Quality Production Technician!** Do you have experience in the automotive sector and are passionate about quality, incident analysis, and continuous improvement? We want to meet you. **What will be your mission?** Ensure product quality by preventing customer incidents and driving improvement actions that reduce internal PPMs and scrap costs. **Key responsibilities** ✅ Daily analysis and tracking of scrap, quality incidents, and customer returns. ✅ Management and coordination of corrective actions and containment activities. ✅ Support production in identifying root causes and preventing part rejections. ✅ Monitoring of quality indicators and improvement plans. ✅ Participation in product and process modifications. ✅ Conducting process audits according to VDA standards. ✅ Validation and approval of required assembly tests together with the team. ✅ Maintenance of jigs and gauges on assembly lines. ✅ Creation and updating of quality and process documentation, including jig operation steps and Level 1 maintenance, among others. ✅ Collaboration with Production, Engineering, SQA, and other departments to ensure quality standards. **What are we looking for?** ✔️ Minimum **3 years of experience in the automotive sector**. ✔️ Prior experience in a **similar role within the Production Quality area**. ✔️ Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques. ✔️ Experience in process audits and incident management. ✔️ Analytical, proactive profile with a focus on continuous improvement. ✔️ Ability to work cross-functionally across various organizational areas. **What do we offer?** A dynamic environment where you can learn, contribute, and grow—both professionally and personally. **Key benefits** * Physiotherapy service (75% subsidized). * Flexible working hours. * Study assistance. * In\-company language training. * Partially subsidized catering. * Sports activities and healthy lifestyle programs. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
