Strategic Purchasing Management** * **Purchase Strategy Definition:** Design and implement a purchasing strategy that ensures the acquisition of fresh products (fruits, vegetables, and related items) at competitive prices and under optimal quality and logistics conditions. * **Supplier Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, establishing long-term beneficial agreements. * **Market Monitoring:** Continuously analyze price trends and availability in the agricultural sector to mitigate supply risks. **2\. Process Optimization and ERP Development** * **Process Redesign:** Map and redefine internal purchasing processes, ensuring operational efficiency and clarity. * **Lead ERP Implementation:** Collaborate with the IT team to adapt the ERP system to the specific needs of the purchasing department, integrating inventory control, order workflows, and reporting. * **Tracking Key Performance Indicators:** Establish clear KPIs such as inventory turnover, supplier compliance, and cost reduction. **3\.
