Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **BPM Developer with 3\-4 years of** experience developing **IBM BPM** solutions, especially in **BAW** (Business Automation Workflow) environments. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain **IBM BPM** solutions. * Primary development using **Java**. * Design and maintain forms and interfaces associated with BPM processes. * Participate in application and service integration within the **BAW** ecosystem. * Collaborate throughout the development lifecycle following **DevOps** practices. * Use of **Git**, **Jira**, and participation in automated deployments. ### **Nice-to-have** * Knowledge of **frontend** technologies such as **JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**. * Prior experience in projects within the **banking sector**. * Experience working with agile methodologies and **DevOps** environments. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
