This position is in the graphic arts sector, within a dynamic factory where precision and efficiency are essential. Daily tasks include feeding production lines with materials, performing visual and functional quality checks at various stages, and fitting final products. A pallet truck is used to move and organize orders, ensuring everything is ready for storage or shipment.
The work is hands-on and team-oriented, in an environment that prioritizes safety and adherence to standard procedures. Autonomy in resolving minor issues is valued, and necessary equipment training is provided. Prior experience in production is appreciated but not mandatory. The schedule follows a rotating shift pattern covering 24 hours, offering flexibility and equitable distribution among the team.
Proven prior experience in production roles is required, preferably in the industrial or graphic arts sector. Strong physical stamina is essential, as the role involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift. Immediate onboarding is required.
