Processing Room Supervisor

We are a company with over 40 years of experience, specializing in continental aquaculture and part of the French group **Aqualande** since 2018. We commit to quality, innovation, and sustainable development in the production and distribution of rainbow trout. Due to the growth of activity in the **processing room of our center in Alba de Tormes**, we are seeking to hire a **Supervisor** to strengthen the organization and coordination of the production team. **Responsibilities** Reporting to the Processing Room Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Supervising and coordinating the processing room work teams, ensuring proper shift and task organization. * Managing personnel and fostering a positive working environment, acting as the team’s operational reference. * Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures (labeling, traceability, etc.). * Monitoring production orders, daily planning, and adherence to deadlines. * Identifying deviations in the production process and proposing corrective actions or improvements. * Ensuring order, cleanliness, and proper use of facilities and equipment. * Handling and recording information in computer applications or production management systems. * Collaborating with other departments (quality, maintenance, logistics) to ensure smooth process operation. **Essential Requirements:** * Prior experience managing personnel or teams in production environments, preferably in processing rooms, the food industry, or similar settings. * Experience and/or training in quality processes, especially within the food industry. * Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and capacity to resolve incidents. * Proficiency in computer tools or production management systems. * Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and results orientation. **What We Offer** * Indefinite full-time contract * Job stability within a solid and growing company. * Salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and commensurate with experience and value contributed. * Opportunities for professional development and career progression within the Aqualande Group.
