Onboarding and continuous training plan Process Engineer – Banking Process Center of Excellence (Barcelona or Madrid) *Exclusive search managed by Prosolbia Recruitment & Executive Search* Our client, a top-tier bank, has launched an unprecedented operational transformation plan in the European financial sector (2025\-2027\): * €5,000 M investment in processes, technology, and AI * Focus on end\-to\-end reengineering of core customer-facing and back\-office processes * Multidisciplinary team within a Process Center of Excellence (CoE) We seek a Process Engineer to design, optimize, and implement critical business processes, working hand-in-hand with business, technology, and data teams. Responsibilities * Map and redesign *core* processes in BPMN using ARIS or equivalent suites. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking. * Identify automation opportunities (BPM, RPA, AI) and coordinate their implementation. * Act as liaison between functional areas and IT teams, ensuring alignment of requirements, data, and metrics. * Define and monitor KPIs: cycle time, costs, customer experience, and operational quality. * Contribute to building the bank’s ecosystem of reusable and scalable processes. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Organization, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or similar); ADE/Economics graduates with subsequent specialization in technology are also considered. * 3\-7 years of process reengineering experience, preferably in banking, insurance, fintech, or consulting. * Proficiency in BPM and modeling tools (ARIS, Bizagi, Signavio, etc.). * Experience applying Lean / Six Sigma in regulated environments. * Knowledge of orchestration or automation solutions (Camunda, Appian, UiPath, etc.). * Professional English (documentation and international forums). * Desirable: experience with Process Mining (Celonis, PAFnow…), advanced analytics, or AI applied to processes.
