A problem-solving mindset and the ability to move from proposal to execution are required, with active participation in implementing improvements. Responsibilities include conducting methods and time studies to optimize productivity, as well as reviewing and improving the plant layout to facilitate a more efficient flow. Support will also be provided for investment projects related to new machinery and facilities, ensuring these integrations align with capacity objectives.
