The professional will maintain a constant presence on the production line, working directly with operators and supervisors to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions that increase efficiency. The main mission is to analyze workflows and production processes to detect inefficiencies, reduce waste, and standardize best operational practices. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to move from proposal to execution are required, with active participation in implementing improvements. Responsibilities include conducting methods and time studies to optimize productivity, as well as reviewing and improving the plant layout to facilitate a more efficient flow. Support will also be provided for investment projects related to new machinery and facilities, ensuring these integrations align with capacity objectives. The profile combines technical knowledge with a practical attitude; teamwork and effective communication across all levels are essential. Working conditions include an intensive morning schedule, supporting work-life balance, and salary compensation aligned with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
