The internship will take place in the **Operations / Production** department, enabling hands-on experience in an industrial setting, particularly in the Converting and Corrugator areas. The experience will focus on learning methodologies for analyzing, representing, documenting and improving production processes, always under the guidance and supervision of the specialized team. **What will you learn during the internship?** Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to develop competencies related to process engineering, productivity and continuous improvement: * Process knowledge and description: You will learn to identify the various stages of the Converting and Corrugator area processes, understand their interrelationships and represent them using production flowcharts. * Process analysis: You will learn methodologies for analyzing current processes and identifying potential inefficiencies, critical points and improvement opportunities. * Diagnosis and continuous improvement: You will learn how to structure diagnoses and jointly formulate proposals with the specialized team aimed at increasing process efficiency. * Development of process manuals: You will participate in gathering, organizing and documenting information to learn how to develop process manuals for the analyzed areas. * Process optimization: You will learn methodologies that allow studying alternatives and formulating proposals to achieve more efficient workflows. **Training objectives linked to the Master's Program** This experience will enable you to apply different knowledge from the **Master's Program in Productivity, Adaptive Management and Innovation** in a real industrial environment: * Adaptive management and continuous improvement: Develop a holistic view of production processes and learn to identify opportunities for adaptation and improvement. * Data & Analytics and decision-making: Learn how to collect, structure and interpret process-related information to support diagnoses and proposals. * Productivity and process optimization: Learn tools for representing processes, analyzing workflows and identifying efficiency opportunities. * Applied innovation: Develop critical and creative thinking through the analysis of new ways to organize, document and improve existing processes. * Technical communication and documentation: Gain experience in developing flowcharts, manuals and reports to clearly and structurally communicate process operations. **Mentoring and follow-up** During the internship, you will be guided by a company mentor who will facilitate your integration into the Operations / Production department and provide continuous orientation and supervision.
