The primary responsibility is to guarantee continuous line operation, which may include one to five machines depending on line size and production model. Constant attention is required to ensure product continuity and final quality. Tasks include manually handling plastic material rolls weighing up to 20 kilograms to feed the machines, as well as performing periodic quality controls on the extruded product. Parameters such as dimensions, consistency, and surface finish are verified to meet specifications. Basic preventive maintenance and thorough cleaning of the work area and equipment are also performed to maintain a safe and efficient environment. The work takes place in an industrial environment requiring concentration and adherence to standardized operating procedures. Adaptability to varying production rhythms and meticulousness in control and cleaning are key aspects. This activity forms an integral part of the manufacturing chain, directly contributing to the final outcome of the extrusion process.
