Reporting hierarchically to the Warehouse Manager, we seek Packaging Operators eager to become part of a dynamic team in continuous growth. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Load reels—originating from the slitting stage—into the packaging program according to the specified procedure, verifying that the reel number matches the number indicated on the label inside the mandrel. · Package and nest reels according to conditions defined in the Work Instruction Sheet. · Place reels onto pallets, wrap them with stretch film, and label them. · Operate the packaging software system following received instructions. · Submit accompanying documentation to Quality once materials are prepared for shipment. · Monitor stock levels of nesting materials (boxes, foam, etc.) and all other materials routinely used in daily tasks (adhesive, labels, etc.). Maintain orderly stock management. Complete purchase requisitions and forward them to the Purchasing Department, which will verify requirements. · Produce aluminum bales. · Cut mandrels for slitting operators. · Remove waste bins from production and warehouse areas, dispose of waste in designated containers, and notify contracted waste removal companies. · Receive incoming materials: raw materials, inks, cylinders, and other types of materials. **REQUIREMENTS** · Valid forklift license. \- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle if residing outside the Vallès Occidental region **COMPETENCIES**: · Orientation toward internal and external customers. · Teamwork. · Results-oriented mindset. · Stress management. **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, with weekly rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. No night shifts or weekend work.
