The selected candidate will not only perform support tasks on the line but will also be responsible for supervising the proper operation of automated machinery, entering data into the computer system, and preparing product changeovers. Main Responsibilities: * Line supervision: Monitor the proper functioning of palletizing robots and box-sealing machines. * Labeling management: Control and supervise labelers, handling data entry at the computer level. * Production programming: Program new orders and manage article changes on the production line. * Internal logistics: Monitor production flow to properly prepare packaging lines. Requirements * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education * Requirements: - Languages: Catalan and/or Spanish fluency (spoken and understood) is essential for internal team coordination. + Computer skills: Ease or prior experience in data entry and use of screens/programs at machine level (labeler control). + Personal profile: We seek a dynamic, proactive, and well-organized individual. + Stress management: Good stress resistance to quickly resolve incidents during peak production periods and maintain line pace. + Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in automated packaging lines or the meat/food industry.
