At **Dropi Pro**, we continue expanding our team and are selecting dynamic, tech-oriented **Order Returns Warehouse Assistants**, specialized in efficient goods preparation and return management. If you are passionate about logistics, comfortable navigating digital environments, and seeking a challenge where you can contribute agility, we want to meet you! **Main Responsibilities:** * **Order and Return Preparation:** Sorting, packing, stock control, and fast, accurate shipment preparation (picking) and system registration. * **End-to-end Return Management:** Receiving, physical inspection, sorting, and registration of returned packages or those with logistical issues. * **Monitoring, Digitization, and Technology:** Data entry, status updates, and consistent use of computer systems, databases, and inventory control tools — all with full agility. * **Operational Coordination:** Working under pressure as part of the operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and rapidly resolve incidents. **Essential Requirements:** * **Prior experience** in warehouse roles, especially in order preparation and reverse logistics/returns. * **High technological proficiency:** Advanced fluency with IT tools, management systems, and digital agility for rapid data digitization. * **Proactive, results-oriented profile:** A solution-driven individual with initiative and excellent ability to work under pressure while maintaining pace in demanding environments. * Residency in Spain and immediate availability to start. **We Offer:** * **Indefinite-term contract** (subject to the legally mandated probationary period). * Full-time schedule of **40 hours per week** (5 days per week, 8 hours per day, rotating shifts, two rotating days off, meal break\-lunch break, weekends ending at 5:00 PM). * An excellent working environment and real opportunities for professional development within a leading, continuously growing company.
