Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team and analyze new markets, manage operational costs for renewable energy projects, and optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. Assessment of operational costs and financial viability **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to incorporate an **Operations Analyst** into our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**: * Analysis of new markets/geographies * Asset estimation: + Identification of companies in new geographies (O\&M, services, etc.) + Environmental aspects + Operational rates + Regulatory market landscape + Contract management: Security services, internet, control center, SCADA, MS (Energy management system), land rental, etc. + O\&M contracts, guarantees * Analysis and control of OPEX for renewable energy projects and plants throughout the asset lifecycle. * Evaluation of operational costs, financial viability, and financial scenarios during development, execution, and operation phases. * Preparation of economic analyses and documentation to support decision-making and presentations to committees. * Coordination with O\&M, Development, Procurement, Modelling, and Technical AM teams to gather and analyze technical and financial information. * Identification of opportunities for operational cost optimization and improvement. * Support in acquisition and divestment processes of renewable assets. * Support in acquisition and divestment processes of renewable assets **Requirements**: * Industrial Engineering or related degree. * **Minimum 2 years of experience**. * English proficiency level: B2 – C1\. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Coordination and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams. * Prior experience in the renewable energy sector (desirable but not mandatory). * Prior experience in financial analysis, cost control, OPEX, or Asset Management in industrial or energy environments is desirable.
