At **KRUK Spain**, we are looking to hire an **Operational Processes Specialist** for our Portfolio Management team, within the Strategy \& Operational Efficiency department. If you are motivated to work with data, optimize processes, and collaborate across different areas to drive operational efficiency, this opportunity may be right for you. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Contribute to the operational efficiency of assigned processes within the own portfolio area by participating in the design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of operational strategies that improve results, ensure regulatory compliance, and maximize the efficiency of available resources. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ---------------------------- * You will collaborate in defining and implementing operational strategies for own portfolio recovery processes. * You will analyze process performance and develop improvement proposals to increase operational efficiency. * You will monitor KPIs and reports to evaluate results and identify optimization opportunities. * You will identify incidents, risks, or bottlenecks, proposing corrective and preventive measures. * You will collaborate with key company departments to ensure proper execution of operational processes. * You will ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for the processes under your responsibility. * You will maintain up-to-date operational documentation, ensuring its traceability and accessibility. * You will participate in the technical evaluation of portfolios, providing analysis and specialized knowledge regarding assigned files. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ Education * Higher vocational training qualification or university degree. * Preferred background in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Processes, Operations, or related disciplines. Technical knowledge * Knowledge of process and operations management. * Familiarity with operational efficiency indicators and data analysis. * Project management knowledge. * Basic knowledge of regulations related to data protection and debt management. * Experience with Lean or similar methodologies is a plus. Tools * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis). * PowerPoint for report and presentation development. * Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus. Languages * English at B2 level or higher **Experience** At least 1\-2 years of experience in roles related to process management, operations, operational analysis, or continuous improvement.
