The **objective** of the Nursing Assistant position at Grupo Casaverde is to provide auxiliary care to users according to their needs, under the supervision and guidance of the center’s multidisciplinary team, supervisors, nursing staff, or physicians, in order to improve or maintain users’ current quality of life. **What are we looking for?** * Vocational training in TCAE (Technical Assistant in Nursing Care) or Technical Assistant in Care for Dependent Persons (or equivalent professional qualification). * Minimum six months’ experience in a similar role. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Strictly follow the established work plan and procedures. * Implement the user’s care plan. * Perform personal hygiene and grooming for users: prepare materials, conduct oral and denture hygiene, comb hair, shave, change clean diapers, and dress users. (During the corresponding shift) * Provide oral feeding, PEG tube feeding, or SNG tube feeding to bedridden dependent users, only when authorized by nursing staff. * Assist with diaper changes and intimate hygiene for users, always ensuring maximum privacy and dignity. * Organize and monitor users’ wardrobes and personal belongings.
