Description

A nurse is required. Responsibilities: • Provide and ensure individualized nursing care through a systematic and organized method. • Conduct assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of mental health nursing care. • Develop psychoeducational programs aimed at promoting, maintaining, and restoring health. • Participate in the user's therapeutic plan. • Participate in intervention and treatment programs. • Collaborate in adherence to therapeutic treatment. • Apply coordination/interrelation procedures and pathways among services to ensure continuity of care. • Work interdisciplinarily with other professionals. • Contribute to the development of the center and its services. • Contribute to teaching in mental health for future nursing professionals and specialists, as well as collaborate in training other professionals. • Work interdisciplinarily with community health agents, medical and social professionals. • Contribute to the development of specific research lines. * Experience: 1 month. Not required. * NURSE * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Hold a nursing degree (Diploma/Bachelor's degree). \- A specialization degree in mental health is valued. \- Specific training in mental health is valued. \- Teamwork ability is valued. \- Adaptability to provide comprehensive care across different settings. \- Possession of competencies aligned with our institutional values. \- Performance during the selection interview is valued. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Other relevant information: \- Gross annual salary: 38\.731,12€ gross/year \+ 2\.039,55 € (Variable compensation based on objectives (DPOs)) \- Unit: Current needs are for “Hospital de Lleida (SJD)” \- Schedule: Morning shift \+ weekends and holidays \- Working hours: Full-time
