The mission is to contribute to residents' well-being through personalized, comprehensive, and humane nursing care. Key responsibilities include: conducting nursing assessments upon admission and periodically, preparing and administering medications according to prescriptions, managing palliative care, validating care plans, supervising auxiliary staff, and performing INR tests with prescribed dose adjustments. A nursing diploma or degree is required. Experience in sociosanitary, hospital, or residential settings is preferred, as is additional training in gerontology. We offer an indefinite contract, full-time hours, rotating shifts from 7:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 21:00, immediate start, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional development. * Nursing diploma or degree. * Experience in sociosanitary, hospital, or residential settings is desirable. * Additional training in equality or gerontology is considered a plus.
