As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations throughout the night and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic hotel environment and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. **Responsibilities:** * Perform daily accounting closing procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing nightly reports. * Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. * Deliver exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift. * Address guest inquiries, requests, and incidents to ensure a positive experience. * Maintain a safe environment for both guests and employees. * Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve any guest-related incidents or needs. * Monitor and update room inventory and availability. * Accurately manage credit card payments or other payment methods. * Perform other front-desk duties as required during the night shift. * Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet for the following morning. * Serve beverages and fifth-range products.
