MONITOR/OPERATOR (FORKLIFT OPERATOR / PRESS OPERATOR) AT THE CELRÀ PLANT

A growing company, composed of highly qualified and experienced professional specialists in waste management and environmental services. We carry out various recycling tasks, including collection, transportation, sorting, resource recovery, and recycling, all aimed at protecting the environment. We need to hire a monitor/operator (forklift operator / press operator). As the reference person for the evening shift, your role will be fundamental in ensuring plant efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include: Operational Leadership: Managing and organizing the evening-shift staff under the supervision of the plant manager. Machinery Handling: Loading, unloading, and distributing materials using forklifts, telehandlers, and tractors. Incident Management: Proactively resolving issues and making autonomous decisions. Safety and Maintenance: Ensuring compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards, as well as performing basic machinery maintenance. * 1 year of experience. Experience: Minimum one year managing teams and operating heavy machinery. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION CERTIFICATE * Competencies / Knowledge: Certification: Valid forklift operator license. Skills: Assertive individual with strong learning ability, autonomy, and excellent leadership skills. Capable of working both in a team and independently. Able to comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Able to follow established procedures. Flexible in carrying out assigned tasks. * Personal vehicle required * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Additional information of interest: A permanent contract is offered, with an intensive afternoon schedule from 13:40 to 22:00, including breaks as stipulated by labor legislation. A personal vehicle is required to reach the workplace. Annual gross salary between €20,000 and €22,000, depending on qualifications.
