**Description** REIR is seeking a monitor/a to join the Family Space l’Abric, a socio-educational service aimed at providing a space for accompaniment, relationship-building, play, and participation for children and their families. The selected person will participate in preparing and facilitating activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and facilitate playful, educational, and family-oriented activities. * Accompany children during activities and play spaces. * Encourage active family participation. * Promote habits of coexistence, respect, and cooperation. * Ensure children’s well-being and safety. * Prepare, organize, and tidy up materials and spaces. * Identify needs and communicate them to the project coordinator. * Participate in coordination and follow-up meetings for the service. **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in Social Integration, Early Childhood Education, or related fields. * Experience in family spaces, open centers, youth clubs, or socio-educational projects. * Knowledge of child-rearing, child development, and family facilitation. * Creativity, initiative, and ability to work as part of a team. **Offered** * Contract tied to the duration of the project. * Weekly working hours: 10 hours. * Start date: September 14, 2026\. * Afternoon schedule: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, distributed across three days (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). * Integration into a professional team committed to children and families. * Remuneration according to the Social Action Collective Agreement (**€468.41 gross per month)**. **If you enjoy creating spaces of play, learning, and trust for children and families, we are looking for you!** **Requirements** * Certification as a monitor/a for leisure-time education activities for children and youth. * Experience or interest in working with children and families. * Ability to facilitate activities and manage groups. * Communication skills, empathy, and responsibility. * Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Valid certificate of no sexual offense convictions.
