Through a proactive and solution-oriented approach, you will support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on hotel facilities. * Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. * Perform minor adjustments and repairs on furniture, doors, and equipment. * Support basic pool and technical installation maintenance and monitoring. * Identify, report, and follow up on incidents or malfunctions. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and work materials. **Education/Training:** Vocational training in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, HVAC, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in facility maintenance, hotels, buildings, or similar environments.
