**Description:** ---------------- Lactalis Nestlé, a leading company in the food industry, is seeking professionals to join its Marchamalo (Guadalajara) production facility. The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper operation of the overwrapping line, guaranteeing compliance with the production schedule, quality standards, food safety requirements, and occupational safety regulations, while optimizing machine performance and minimizing losses during the production process. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and adjust the overwrapping machine according to the daily production plan. * Verify the correct operation of all machine devices and systems prior to commencing production. * Inspect the conformity of the first packs produced, checking aspects such as formation, batch coding, labeling, and sealing. * Perform defined operational controls (PCO) and record results according to established procedures. * Accurately complete production reports, quality control records, and other required documentation. * Continuously monitor the production process to ensure product quality and safety. * Identify, analyze, and report technical incidents or quality deviations, collaborating with the maintenance team to determine root causes. * Conduct in-line quality checks following internal procedures and product specifications. * Maintain the production line clean, orderly, and in optimal operating condition. * Carry out product, format, or weight changes, verifying correct machine configuration and final product conformity. * Minimize raw material and ingredient losses during format or product changeovers. * Propose and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing line efficiency and reliability. * Collaborate with and support other production lines during incidents, operational needs, or peak workload periods. * Comply with the company’s established safety, quality, environmental, and hygiene standards. Knowledge * Medium-level vocational training, preferably related to technical fields, maintenance, industrial manufacturing, or similar disciplines. * Operation and adjustment of industrial production or packaging machinery. * Basic knowledge of food safety. * Basic understanding of quality management systems ISO 22000, IFS, and BRC. * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. * Ability to interpret production and quality records.
