We are seeking a professional to coordinate logistics operations in San Fernando de Henares. The selected candidate will supervise and optimize daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency and achievement of production targets. Key responsibilities include managing staff shift assignments to guarantee optimal coverage of all operational needs. The candidate will actively participate in e-commerce order preparation, supporting picking, assembly, labeling, and packaging tasks to ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, strict control of personnel entry and exit will be maintained, along with continuous monitoring of various stages of logistics processes. Performance and productivity reports must be prepared; prior experience supervising teams and immediate availability are essential. The contract is temporary. A personal vehicle is mandatory to access the workplace. Full availability for various shifts and days of the week is required. Minimum 6 months of experience as a supervisor or shift leader in the logistics sector. Immediate start date required. Leadership skills and strong communication abilities. Experience working with and managing teams (teams of more than 20 people).
