Position **Junior Cook – Afternoon Shift** Responsibilities * Preparation and cooking of dishes following restaurant recipes and standards. * Assistance across various kitchen stations. * Preparation and organization of ingredients (mise en place). * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Proper food storage and inventory control. * Teamwork to ensure fast and high-quality service. Requirements * Prior experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (minimum 1 year, preferred). * Strong interest in learning and professional growth. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability to work the afternoon shift.
