The selected candidate will contribute to ensuring the proper operation of equipment by delivering high-quality service that enhances customer satisfaction and drives company growth. Installation and commissioning of CO₂ descaling systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Technical issue diagnosis and resolution. Customer advisory services regarding system operation, benefits, and maintenance. Ability to identify commercial opportunities, present and market our products and services, and participate in client meetings when necessary. Preparation of intervention reports and follow-up on incidents. * 2 years of experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in installation, maintenance, or repair of technical equipment (plumbing, water treatment, air conditioning, industrial installations, or similar sectors). * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Customer orientation and service mindset.
