YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze and support *tender* processes via e-procurement platforms, ensuring proper execution of tenders and bidding procedures. * Manage the Fullstep tool, including updating prices on the platform, tracking incidents, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure operational continuity. * Provide manual support for Finance purchase orders affected by migration processes, recording and reconciling orders that do not integrate automatically into Fullstep. * Prepare and manage *tenders* through platforms such as Jaggaer, ensuring compliance with deadlines, requirements, and established procedures. * Identify and resolve issues related to sourcing systems, proposing process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
